Karen Engen

Nexcellence consulting was started by Karen Engen, a senior technical project and change management consultant with over twenty years experience.  Karen has worked in differing industries in Melbourne, Newcastle, New Zealand, Montreal and Vancouver.  Since moving back to Tasmania over ten years ago, Karen has managed several programs working with and within tertiary education, local government, state government and the cultural sector in Tasmania.  Karen loves collaborating and coaching our leaders of tomorrow through mentoring and training.

Karen holds a Masters in Management, a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is PRINCE2 certified.
